KRTO ON-AIR CONTEST RULES

No purchase is necessary to win. However, you must be at least 18 year of age or older at the date and time a contest is played and be physically present in the Santa Maria Valley. Winners must provide identification and sign a public release. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any person or persons in your immediate household or family may qualify or win once per contest. You are ineligible if you or any member of your immediate household or family is an employee of Emerald Wave Media or it's related companies or advertising agencies, any sponsor or promotional partner of the contest in question; if you are an employee of any broadcast station in the San Luis Obispo, or Santa Maria, California market, or if you have been a Emerald Wave employee within the last 60 days. You or your household may win only one contest on any of the Emerald Wave Media stations every 60 days. Emerald Wave Media stations include, KIDI, KTAP, KRTO, and La Buena TV Telephone contest with "cues to call" are only official when heard on-air via radio. Listeners may expect busy signals when they do call for such contest. Emerald Wave Media is not responsible for phone or internet malfunctions. Reporting in person to the station for such contest is not a vlid means of entry. Due to delays in streaming broadcasts, listeners to the online stream may not participate in any Emerald Wave Media conducted on-air contests. All tax and other liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within (15) days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. Winner agrees to sign a release of the station, Emerald Wave Media, their officers, members, managers, employees, agents and representatives from any claims relating to the prize or contest prior to acceptance of the prize. To the extent that any prize consists of airline tickets/transportation and/or hotel accommodations; Emerald Wave Media is not responsible for any cancellations, postponement, rescheduling, overbooking or liable for any damages or accidents incurred during the trip. Emerald Wave Media has the sole discretion to terminate a contest at any given time, change the rules of or extend the dates of a contest upon notice.
